
Welcome! My name is Jill Hely. I am a psychologist working from my practice Flow Psychology, located in beautiful beachside Sawtell, on Gumbayngirr Country. I pay respect to the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live & work, the Gumbayngirr People, & recognise that sovereignty has never been ceded.
My offerings arise from my personal & professional journey to discover ways of creating peace & joy in daily life. Focussing on trauma & burnout recovery strategies, I draw from my training in Compassion Focussed Therapy, Meditation, Trauma Reprocessing Therapies EMDR & EFT (Tapping) & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as biological ways to shift mood & state of mind by meeting our bodies needs for nutrition, sleep & movement. I am so pleased I can pass what I’ve learnt on to you, thank you for trusting me to assist you in your journey of recovery!
